Honda of Milford's growing sales department is seeking an ambitious, goal-oriented Automotive Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative, you will be required to provide the best in customer service and sales assistance to our customers, and to consistently achieve sales goals.
Specific duties for the Automotive Sales Representative include:

• Greet guests as they come into the showroom
• Gather guest's information to assess their needs
• Qualify the guests based on needs and wants to streamline purchase
• Schedule appointments and deliveries when needed
• Answer multi line phones when necessary and input data into CRM
• Report to Sales desk with any questions or concerns pertaining to guests
• Conduct walkarounds with customers and demonstrate automobile features
• Accompany customers on test drives
• Create and maintain relationships with customers
• Follow-up with customers
• Respond to customer email inquiries, and use online resources to develop new business

Job Requirements:

You must have an engaging and high-energy personality, and the ability to build rapport and develop trust with customers. You must also have a strong work ethic, work well as part of a team and take pride in the work you do.

Specific qualifications for this position include:

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Open and expressive personality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
